How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be processed within 3 business days and shipped via standard courier. You will receive all tracking information once your order is on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.
Uh, the colour looks different?
We strive to ensure our online photographs are as true to colour as possible but inconsistencies can happen and we can't guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will 100% accurately portray the colour of the product.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship within New Zealand at this time.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We hope this doesn't happen, but if it does, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item and we will fix it right away. We cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
